I love your 5 tips. They are to the point and easy to read. I also really love that you added what the average cost that each tip would be and the return the seller could get. Cost is always at the top of everyone’s list, but just as important is the return. You pay a small price up front to reap the higher benefits later.
Thanks Robin! There’s so much GREAT home staging advice out there, but without knowing the average cost and the return on investment, it’s not as actionable for home sellers to follow. Glad you liked it, and feel free to post on your blog and share with your readers!
This is great – InfoGraphics are dominating the web and there’s a reason why. They are so easy to read and so informative, and it keeps your attention.
What’s amazing to me is even if the ROI was $0, sellers should recognize that the peace of mind from selling their home quicker is worth the investment alone. It only gets better when you realize that your investment is actually coming back to you not only by selling your home quicker, but by obtaining a higher offer because you have now allowed a buyer to see themselves living in their new home.
I would rather pay for staging and sell my home and be on my way, than be stuck with my house on the market for months while continuing to make the mortgage payments.
